Checker is 100% accurate it can be used as PreAuth check with no actual transaction to ensure that checked cards will never be killd or flaged.
Offering two type of accounts :

1. First option is account that check only Visa & Mastercard ---- Price is 3500$

2. Second option is account that check all type of cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover ---- Price is 4500$
